- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The billing at this office is all screwed up!! I received a bill from a collection company for an office visit from October 2016!!!! I NEVER received a bill from Dr. Choksi's office for the remaining that I owed after insurance paid from that visit. Extremely RUDE as I NEVER have an issue paying my bills that I owe. After numberous phone calls .....no one seems to know who did not bill back in 2016 for the remaining and simply sent it to the collection agency!! You need to get your act together in that office and let your patients know when they come in before their next visit with the Dr. If they owe any from the visit before!!!!! How difficult is THAT!?!? Dr. Choksi is a very good doctor and I have no complaints against her.....only the billing of the GHPMA Greate Houston Physicians Medical Association PLLC!!!December 14, 2016by Stephanie Cook
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've never been to an office where the staff is so scared to do anything, including the PA. Dr Choksi (she barely qualifies for that title) is one of the most disinterested MD's I have ever seen & apparently she runs her office like a detention center.
